| Q: | How do I make a booking? |

| A: | The best way to make a booking is through www.hostelworld.com. Once you’re on the site, search for BackHome under Malaysia, and Kuala Lumpur… and BackHome should appear in the list. You can make a booking by clicking on us. |
| Q: | What happens if I want to cancel my booking? |
| A: | If you cancel your booking, please inform Hostelworld. Your booking deposit is with Hostelworld, and not with us. |
| Q: | Are there any lockers in the hostel? |
| A: | Yes, individual lockers are provided FOC in your room. However, you’re required to have your own padlock. |
| Q: | Can I leave my luggage at the hostel while i continue travelling? |
| A: | No, you will have to take your luggage with you. We only provide enough storage for our guests who are staying. |
| Q: | Do you provide towels and blankets? |
| A: | Towels and blankets are available for rent at RM5.00 each. |
| Q: | When are the check in and check out times? |
| A: | Check-out time is at 12.00 noon and Check-in time is at 2.00pm. If you arrive earlier (after the reception has opened at 8.00am), you may store your luggage FOC at our luggage storage and you can also utilize our numerous facilities whilst waiting for the room. |
| Q: | How late can I check in at night? |
| A: | Please note that there will be no manager on duty between 12am and 7am. If you’re arriving at BackHome between these times, please email us (info@backhome.com.my), and we will try our best to accommodate your request. |
| Q: | Besides the room rates, are there any hidden charges? |
| A: | There are no hidden charges. However, we charge a RM30 deposit per person upon check-in. This fee is to cover against any damage to the property you might incur. It will be refunded to you when you check out. |
| Q: | I’m staying for a long period. Do i get a discount? |
| A: | We regret to inform you that we do not provide discounts, even for long-term stays. Backhome gets booked up pretty quickly, and our rates reflect that. |
| Q: | Can we bring children? |
| A: | Children below the age of 12 are not allowed. Children below the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult. If you have young children traveling with you, please call or email to inform us first. |
| Q: | If I book a whole room or dorm, can i allow extra guests to stay in there? |
| A: | We cannot allow more guests to stay in a room with a particular capacity. This is for safety and security reasons. |
| Q: | Do you offer any airport pick up services? |
| A: | There are a variety of public transport services available both at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Kuala Lumpur Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) hence we do not provide any airport pick up services. | Q: | What do you provide for breakfast? |
| A: | Breakfast is toast, with jam or peanut butter. Breakfast is served from 7-10am. Coffee and tea is available all day. |
| We reserve the right to turn away guests we deem unsuitable. Booking fees with Hostelworld are non-refundable. | |
